We service clients all of the world. However, our largest customer bases are located in South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Hfumbrella is the only umbrella manufacturer who owns 10 sets of printing machines. We don’t require a minimum order which is helpful to small businesses. Further, our door to door service can save buyers a lot of time and money.

Economy Pricing. With this strategy, we minimize the costs associated with marketing and production to keep product prices down. We transfer our cost of business savings on to our customers.

We can manufacture over 200,000 umbrellas per month.

We have two major holidays; The Chinese New Year which fluctuates in dates from year to year and usually is in late January or February for 10-14days. Second, National Holiday which lasts from October 1st to 7th.

1) For smaller order valued at less than USD$5,000, we will request cash or T/T payment for the full amount in advance.

2) For order values that exceed USD$5,000, we require a 30% deposit by T/T and the remaining balance payment T/T before shipment.

Sample costs between $30-$100 USD plus freight charges. You may also provide us with your freight collect account number with one of the major worldwide express companies (eg.: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc.). All expenses must be paid prior to a sample being sent. Long-term customers may not be charged with the exception of freight charges.

There is no sample charge if you have placed the order already.

We will make a sample for your confirmation first. The next step is bulk production and quality control, followed by shipping. We will take some photos and videos to show you so that you are confident that you know what’s going on with your order.

For most umbrellas, there is no minimum order since we have prepared many types of materials and have our own printing machines.

If your bulk order comes damaged or with any defects we will issue a refund or we will remake the umbrellas for you.

We have exported umbrellas to many countries and customers around the globe. However, due to privacy purposes and NDA agreements, we are not permitted to disclose the names of any of our clients. We respect the privacy of our clients and if you do business with us, we will respect your privacy as well. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, Hfumbrella offers a door-to-door service which does include tax. For an additional fee, will deliver umbrellas straight to our customer’s doors. The door-to-door program has saved many of our customers significant time.
