    What is your minimum order quantity?
    Our MOQ starts from 25 pcs for selected umbrella styles. The exact MOQ depends on the frame, fabric, printing method and level of customization.
    How quickly can you make a custom sample?
    Custom samples normally take 3–5 days after the artwork and specifications are confirmed. More complex structures or newly developed components may require longer.
    What artwork files should I send?
    AI, CDR or editable PDF files are preferred. For photographic full-canopy printing, provide high-resolution artwork of at least 200 DPI at approximately 100 × 100 cm or larger.
    Can you arrange international delivery?
    Yes. We can arrange express, air freight, sea freight and door-to-door delivery. The best option depends on the quantity, destination and required delivery date.
