For nearly four decades, we have seen good ideas succeed—and expensive mistakes that could have been avoided before production.
That experience shapes how we work today.
Justin Zhang and the HF Umbrella team review each project personally. We look at the design, structure, printing, budget and deadline before recommending a solution. If something is unlikely to work, we say so clearly.
Many customers have stayed with us for years because they know who is handling their order and can get a straightforward answer when a problem arises.
We don’t just take orders. We help customers make better umbrellas with fewer surprises.

1. Share your project brief.
Send us the umbrella type, quantity, artwork, preferred colours, destination and required delivery date.
2. Review our recommendation and quotation.
We review the design, recommend a suitable frame, fabric and printing method, and provide a clear quotation.
3. Approve the artwork and sample.
After the specifications are confirmed, we prepare the artwork mockup and custom sample for your approval.
4. Confirm bulk production.
Once the sample is approved and the agreed deposit is received, we begin mass production according to the confirmed specifications.
5. Complete quality inspection.
We check materials, printing, assembly, workmanship, quantity and packing. Inspection photos or reports can be provided before shipment.
6. Arrange shipment and follow-up.
After the balance is settled, we arrange the agreed shipping method and continue to support you after delivery.
