Yes. Custom samples normally take 3–5 days after the artwork and specifications are confirmed. You can review the structure, print, colour and finish before bulk production.
How long does production take?
Bulk production normally takes 10–20 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on the umbrella style, order quantity and customization.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Provide a Pantone colour code and, when colour accuracy is critical, a physical reference. We confirm colours during sampling before bulk production.
What shipping options are available?
We can arrange express, air freight, sea freight and door-to-door delivery. We recommend the method after reviewing the destination, quantity and required delivery date.
