Custom umbrella compliance is not a single certificate. It may involve a factory social audit, a certified material transaction, a laboratory test for a specific fabric, and an agreed final inspection plan. HF Umbrella provides order-specific documentation so buyers can understand exactly what has been audited, tested or traced.
We do not present one report as proof for every product. The applicable documentation depends on the selected fabric, supplier, production batch, destination market and buyer requirement.

amfori BSCI Social Audit
HUIFENG UMBRELLA COMPANY LIMITED completed an amfori BSCI social audit conducted by TÜV Rheinland on 24 November 2025. The monitoring summary records an overall rating of C and an expiration date of 1 December 2026.
The audit covers social management, worker involvement, freedom of association, non-discrimination, fair remuneration, working hours, occupational health and safety, protection of young workers, employment practices, forced-labour prevention, environmental protection and ethical business behaviour.
BSCI is a social compliance monitoring framework. It should not be described as proof that an umbrella is waterproof, windproof or compliant with a particular product-safety regulation. Buyers who require the current monitoring summary may request it during supplier qualification.
GRS Transaction Evidence for RPET Fabric
An Intertek Global Recycled Standard Transaction Certificate issued on 25 August 2026 records a shipment of 100% recycled post-consumer polyester woven fabric purchased by HUIFENG UMBRELLA COMPANY LIMITED.

A Transaction Certificate provides chain-of-custody evidence for the specified material shipment. It is different from a Scope Certificate and does not automatically allow every umbrella, every fabric or HF Umbrella as a company to be labelled GRS certified. GRS claims and labelling must follow the applicable Textile Exchange rules and the documentation for the specific order.
PFAS/PFC Testing for Recycled PET Pongee
Intertek test report GZHT02606931, dated 29 July 2022, covers a black 100% recycled PET pongee woven fabric declared as 182T/75D recycled material. The listed perfluorinated chemical test results were reported as ND, meaning not detected at the stated detection limits. The report conclusion records that the tested sample met the applicant’s requirement.
This report supports the result for that specific submitted fabric sample. It must not be interpreted as a permanent guarantee for every colour, coating, supplier, production batch or finished umbrella. Where PFAS requirements apply, buyers should confirm the intended regulation, restricted-substance list, test method and current production material before ordering.
Product and Market-Specific Testing
Umbrella testing should be selected according to the product and destination market. Depending on the project, documentation may include material composition, colourfastness, water repellency, UV performance, corrosion resistance, restricted substances, mechanical function or buyer-specific testing.
Laboratory reports are linked to the sample identified in the report. A test on one black recycled polyester fabric does not automatically cover a different fabric, coating, colour or supplier. If a buyer needs a new test for the production material, the scope, laboratory, cost and lead time should be agreed before bulk production.

To protect confidential supplier and transaction information, full documents are not posted publicly without restriction. Relevant monitoring summaries, transaction evidence and test reports can be shared with qualified buyers when appropriate for supplier approval or a confirmed project.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is HF Umbrella GRS certified?
We can provide a GRS Transaction Certificate for a verified shipment of recycled polyester fabric purchased by HUIFENG UMBRELLA COMPANY LIMITED. A Transaction Certificate is shipment-specific and should not be confused with a company Scope Certificate. The documentation and permitted claim must be confirmed for each order.
Are all HF umbrellas PFAS-free?
No blanket claim is made for every product. An Intertek report records the listed PFC compounds as not detected in a specific black recycled PET pongee sample. Other fabrics, colours, coatings or batches may require separate verification.
Can buyers receive the complete BSCI and test reports?
Relevant documents can be provided to qualified buyers for supplier approval or confirmed projects, subject to document validity, confidentiality and applicability to the requested product.
