How We Develop Custom Umbrellas
Send us the umbrella type, quantity, artwork, destination and required delivery date. Our team reviews the project and recommends a practical combination of frame, fabric and printing method. A custom sample can then be produced for approval before bulk production.
Materials and Printing Options
Common canopy materials include polyester pongee, RPET fabric, UV-blocking coated fabric and POE. Depending on the artwork and order requirements, decoration can include silk-screen logo printing, digital full-canopy printing, heat-transfer printing, custom tie wraps, sleeves, labels, hangtags and retail packaging.
Pantone references help with colour matching, but the achievable result also depends on the fabric and printing process. When colour accuracy is critical, we recommend confirming it on a physical sample.
