Most factories use 190T polyester, which makes artwork look pixelated and plastic. We strictly use 300T High-Density Pongee. This tighter weave acts like a high-definition canvas, reducing light reflection and absorbing ink perfectly for a matte, premium finish.

Can you match the exact colors of my original artwork?

Yes. We use a wide-gamut digital printing process. For strict brand guidelines, we can also perform color matching against physical proofs or Pantone targets to ensure fidelity to the original masterpiece.

Will the print fade after exposure to sun and rain?

No. Unlike traditional screen printing that sits on top of the fabric, our sublimation print is permanent. It is highly resistant to UV fading and will remain vibrant for years of use.

Do you offer samples before bulk production?

Absolutely. We can produce a pre-production sample using your specific artwork within 3-5 days, allowing you to approve the color and detail sharpness before committing to a full order.
